Alexander Litvinenko - Kremlin connection, US Media a Joke
I just read about the poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko, and just wanted to express my disgust with the way it is being handled.
Now, ask yourself, why would the Kremlin order the murder of prominent people who are critics of the Kremlin, in such a short period of time. It doesn't make any sense. In fact, Mr. Litvinenko, is a traitor to his country, and left along with the criminal Boris Berezovsky, to seek an illegal political asylum in Britain. In fact, after numerous request from Russia to Britain to bring back Berzovsky for trial on corruption charges, have been refused, even with recent evidence, documented, that Berezovsky is looking to incite a coup in Russia.
Now for entertainment purpose, ask yourself, who would benefit the most with the killing of these officials. Who has enough money to try to bring this coup to real life, of course Mr. Berezovsky, who stole millions of dollars, and has a fortune that can be well over a Billion USD.
You have these ridiculous statements that the Kremlin is responsible, from who? People who were in the KGB/FSB who were kicked out, from Berezovsky, (who has only done one good thing in Russia all his life, that was put Putin in power), and other power hungry individuals.
I also found it hilarious, when I was watching FOXNews, and a so called "journalist" actually said that criminal Michael Khorodovsky was trying to spread democracy in Russia. If by trying to incite a coup, and stealing billions of dollars from the government and the people, and by refusing to pay taxes, then I must be wrong. Khorodovsky was arrested for not paying taxes, he had a fair trail, everything was documented, everything was known by the public. In fact, most of the protestors of his arrest, were people paid by friends of Khorodovsky, the elderly, for you didn't see any youth on the street did you? Of course the other key player was Dick Cheney, who was looking to set up so that Yukos would end up being bought in part by USA oil giants, to make sure that the Russian government would have a tougher time prosecuting, and that Khorodovsky would have an easier time to come to power by bribery of citizens, and government officials, to continue to rob even more money from Russia.
It is an international conspiracy, and I'm glad that Khorodovsky has been put to jail where he belongs, but I'm concerned that the jail time should have been longer.
Also, this whole Berezovsky problem has just caused for more anti-semetism in Russia, and a rise of the Russian Nationalist movement, mainly because many of these early oligarphs, were jewish. So, I find it hard to understand why Britain is allowing these criminals to live under illegal "political asylum" in their country, and how the citizens can tolerate such a thing.
Back to the poisoning, it is of course unfortunately, but there seems to be more behind it than just by order of the Kremlin.
From CNN: "Earlier on Monday, Goldfarb told British Broadcasting Corp. radio that the former agent was poisoned because of his opposition to the Russian regime. Oleg Gordievsky, a former senior KGB agent who defected to Britain in the mid-1980s, alleged in an interview with The Times newspaper that those who tried to kill Litvinenko would have had to have obtained permission "from the top" for the operation."
I find it very interesting that Goldfarb, who hasn't been around since 1980's, knows so much about the FSB, and their workings, that he can be used as a source for journalists...in any case, it will be interesting to see where this case leads to.
